What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a proven and highly effective treatment to break unwanted habits, fears and phobias in a fast, easy and comfortable manner.
Hypnosis is a state of magnified concentration, akin to day-dreaming – it is a part of everyday life, for example whilst watching TV, reading a story, listening to music or driving you are often in a mild hypnotic ‘autopilot’ state.
What is NLP?
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), demonstrates to us how we arrange our thoughts, feelings, abilities and our behaviours. It can be used to help you identify and achieve what you want from life, in a structured manner, and then enable you to uncover, change or transform any barriers that hold you back.
NLP is also used to enable you to make far-reaching positive changes, overcome problems, and enable you to take more control over your thoughts, feelings, actions and your whole life.
How can Hypnotherapy and NLP help me?
Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis for the treatment and relief of a wide range of physical and psychological symptoms, with the hypnotic state being typically characterised by a pleasant feeling of deep relaxation. It is seen in a variety of fields including medicine, dentistry, law enforcement, professional sports and education

Who is in control?
You are, at all times.
It is completely safe; you will hear everything and remember it after the session.
Hypnotherapy is not about control, but about a trained therapist helping a patient to access their unconscious mind and achieve their goals.
Hypnosis is a state very similar to sleep but one in which the mind is very much awake and in control.
Timing and Fees
A single session of Hypnotherapy takes approximately one hour and usually just one to three sessions are required.
Fees for one session are £75 which includes pre-session material.
A recording of your session is also available for £20.
Fees for the Stop Smoking session are £297, which includes 1 year of free back-up support.
