We're open Monday to Friday 9am–7pm and Saturday 9am–6pm (closed Sundays). Our therapists have regular clinic times, but can sometimes see clients outside these hours — just ask when booking.

We're at 26 Queenstown Road, London SW8 3RX — by the pedestrian crossing on Queenstown Road, about 50 metres from the junction with Lavender Hill and Wandsworth Road. Battersea Park, Queenstown Road and Wandsworth Road stations are all close by.

Yes. Every therapist goes through a stringent vetting process before running a clinic with us — we check that they are fully qualified, insured, licensed to practise and genuinely experienced with patients.

Many of our practitioners are recognised by the major health insurers. Policies differ in terms, coverage and claim procedures (some require a GP referral), so we recommend checking with your insurer before booking — we'll help with any paperwork we can.

Absolutely — please do. Our team is happy to advise, and where appropriate we can arrange a chat or a free mini-consultation with the therapist so you can find out more before committing.

Everything is listed on our Treatments page — physical therapies, massages, foot treatments, and talking therapies & nutrition — plus our Healthcare & Vaccinations services including the travel clinic, ear wax removal and private blood testing. If you're after something not listed, get in touch and we'll try to help.

Yes — vouchers can be for a specific amount or a specific treatment, personalised with the recipient's name and beautifully presented. Call us or pop into the centre to purchase.

Yes. Our premises are DDA approved: the entrance is ramped, doors are wide, there's a lift down to the Wellbeing Centre and we have accessible bathroom facilities.

Yes — we accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.

No referral or registration is needed for our treatments — simply book directly. For NHS vaccination services, any GP registration is accepted.
