Privacy Policy
Note for the centre: the previous website’s privacy policy page was empty, so this is a fresh draft covering how the new site works. Please review it (ideally with your usual adviser) before launch and adjust anything specific to your internal processes.
Fairlee Wellbeing Centre (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights.
Who We Are

What We Collect and Why
Booking and contact enquiries. When you use our booking or contact forms, we collect the details you provide — your name, phone number, email address, the treatment you’re interested in, preferred times and your message. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange your appointment. Form submissions are delivered to our reception email via our form provider.
Appointment and treatment records. Records relating to your treatments are managed at the centre in line with our practitioners’ professional and legal obligations. They are not stored on this website.
Website usage. We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated statistics about how the site is used (pages visited, how visitors found us). These statistics do not identify you personally and we use them only to improve the site and our marketing. Embedded services (such as the Google Maps directions on our Find Us page) may set their own cookies when loaded — see our Cookie Policy for details and opt-out options.
Legal Basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (arranging your appointment), and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding to messages sent to us.
How Long We Keep Information
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to manage your booking and any follow-up, after which they are deleted in line with our retention practices. Clinical records are retained according to the relevant professional requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing. Your details are only visible to our reception and administrative team, the relevant practitioner, and the service providers who process form submissions and email on our behalf.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at reception@fairleewell.co.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time — the latest version will always be on this page.
