Our Ayurvedic physician will help you to find your prakruti (constitution) and suggest medication, diet, health tips and exercises according to your health condition.

This includes a Consultation with Ayurvedic physician to assess the body constitution and the full body massage with special herbal oils and Dhara (herbal oil poured on the third eye). This session can last for two hours.

This includes full body massage with herbal oils. This is good for revitalizing the body, to reduce the mental tension, sexual weakness and to improve flexibility and endurance.

During Pinda Sweda treatment small muslin bags filled with a specially prepared mixture are applied locally to relieve the muscle stiffness, swelling and pains. It is also a wonderful relaxation massage which helps in the detoxification and helps dry skin.

Ayurvedic oils are used in this treatment. It includes the stimulation of all marma points on the head and face. It is advised for reducing tension, stress, and headache and sinus conditions.

This treatment helps to tone the muscles of the abdomen and helps in the burning of abdominal cellulites and fat. As the treatment includes the activation of abdominal marma points, helps to improve functions of all internal organs.

The nose is the doorway to the brain and consciousness. The nasal administration of medication is called nasya. An excess of bodily humors accumulated in the sinus, throat, nose or head areas is eliminated by means of the nearest possible opening, the nose. This is recommended for sinusitis, upper respiratory tract allergies and chronic headaches. Includes massage of head, shoulders and face for the absorption of the medication.

This is a rejuvenating and purifying therapy which involves gentle pouring of therapeutic oils over the third eye. It mainly aims at the physical and emotional balance by rejuvenating the spirit and preserving health. This includes massage of head and shoulders and is one of the major treatments in Ayurveda to reduce the mental stresses of daily life.

Udwarthana (Powder Massage). Herbal powders are mixed with precious Ayurvedic oils and sometimes dry powders are massaged into the skin. This helps to burn the fat and gives the skin a soft texture and lustrous glow. It is followed by abyanga to balance the doshas and to enhance the suppleness and smoothness of skin.
