What is The Thrive Programme?
In brief, the Thrive Programme is an intense psychological training course that equips people with the skills and resources, the self-belief and the determination that they need to overcome symptoms, address problems, permanently transform their lives and create lasting change. The research-backed training demonstrates exactly how to overcome symptoms and achieve goals, by integrating psychological insights in a unique and comprehensive manner. The structure of the programme is easy to follow, making it accessible to all. Once you understand what is driving the problems, and how to identify and address them, you are much more empowered to be able to resolve your issues effectively and permanently.
How does Thrive differ from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy or NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)?
The Thrive Programme differs greatly from typical methods of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy/NLP/Hypnotherapy in that Thrive teaches you very clearly the underlying reasons of how you are creating your symptoms and problems, and therefore empowers you with a much better self-awareness and understanding of how you yourself can create change within yourself without the need of external techniques.
How may I benefit?
Thriving is not just about being symptom free and resolving your issues; it encompasses far more than that. It is not about being perfect but about having the beliefs, skills and resources to achieve goals, overcome challenges, bounce back from difficulties, and live one’s life to the full. The Thrive Programme will instill in you the confidence and understanding to manage your thinking effectively, to become more self-sufficient and to gain a clearer understanding of who and what you are.
The Thrive Programme usually takes between four and six sessions lasting around an hour each, with some light ‘homework’ to complete between appointments. The course is tailored to suit you, so you set the pace. My role is to support you with all aspects of the programme, to clarify any issues or misunderstandings, and to motivate and challenge you when necessary.
