With various similarities to Qi Gong and Tai Chi, Tibetan Yoga combines moves and meditation, with several elements of more conventional yoga forms. Tibetan Yoga incorporates flowing dynamic postures and rest in sitting meditation to enhance general fitness through the improvement of mental clarity, energy levels as well as bodily flexibility, balance and strength. It is for anyone who has just a few minutes for regular practise and wants to effectively manage the stressful demands of urban living.
Antenatal Tibetan Yoga is a program devised to help you adapt to the changes in your body throughout your pregnancy and prepare for the birth. The postures are structured to develop your sense of balance, co-ordination and general fitness levels. They are safe for you to start as long as your pregnancy is stable. These sessions are designed to flexibly respond to your individual needs. They focus on supporting your core muscle stability whilst enabling efficient use of your breath to maintain your stamina and promote relaxation.
