Practitioner in: Osteopathy

From a young age, Sabrina has been keen to partake in sports and activities such as surfing, skiing, rock climbing and kite boarding, so she understands how crucial it is to have a healthy, balanced body in order to perform well in sports. Naturally, she decided to study Osteopathy and came away with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Osteopathic Medicine. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and is also a member of the British Osteopathic Association

Many of Sabrina’s patients seek treatment for acute or chronic neck and low back pain, however, she is also experienced in treating a wide range of conditions in all areas of the body, with a particular interest in headaches and minor sports injuries.

Having worked in many different clinics Sabrina’s experience has led her to provide the best treatment programme for each individual patient. Adults, Babies, children, pregnant women and the elderly are able to benefit from Osteopathic treatment. For successful rehabilitation a variety of techniques may be used; therapeutic massage, stretches, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilisation and manipulation.

Sabrina has undertaken postgraduate training in Dry-Needling, Cranial Osteopathy, and K-Taping to complement her Osteopathic skills. These techniques can be incorporated into treatment sessions when necessary to further aid the healing/recovery process. 
Sabrina believes in keeping her patients fully informed at every step of the treatment process. Where relevant, she will seek to help patients to manage their complaint through exercises, stretches, ergonomic and postural advice.
