Our Osteopathy team treats clients of all ages from Wandsworth, Lambeth, Battersea, Clapham and across South London, suffering from back, shoulder, neck or head pain.

The role of an Osteopath is to maintain the connection between the structure and the function of the body, while recognizing the body’s ability to heal itself. We use a wide range of techniques keeping in mind they are safe and natural. Our osteopaths focus on body health to restore musculoskeletal balance with a combination of stretching, joint manipulation, muscle energy techniques and massage.

Your first session is normally an hour, and includes full assessment, consultation and treatment. Your Osteopath will go through your medical history and discuss any issues you are having; she will then piece this together and help you to understand the causes, how they may be remedied, potential improvements / changes to your day-to-day routine, as and where they are needed.

In terms of timescales, a general rule of thumb is that issues which have happened recently usually take 1 to 3 to resolve, whilst more chronic conditions may take longer. This will all be discussed with you during your first appointment. Our Osteopaths aim is to alleviate your pain as soon as possible and then correct the underlying in quick order thereafter.  We will not keep you coming longer than necessary.

Sabrina is also a leading Cranial Osteopath in London – this is a refined and subtle type of osteopath treatment, which can be help people of all ages, by using gentle manipulative pressure to release bodily stresses, particularly in the head and back.

She qualified in London with a BSc (Hons.) Degree in Osteopathic Medicine, is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and is also a member of the British Osteopathic Association
