Practitioner in: Reiki Tummo

Reiki Tummo was the first step in the path I have followed in the last few years, under the guidance of my spiritual teacher, Irmansyah Effendi.

This is a beautiful path of continuous self development, which takes the form of regular attendance on spiritual retreats in Europe, America and Indonesia and also of following a very joyful set of daily meditations and self healing practices.

In the last few years, as well as having Reiki Tummo clinics in central London, I’ve also been a coordinator for the Padmacahaya Foundation, organising regular Reiki Tummo and Open Heart Sessions and Workshops.

I also have a BA in Psychology and a MA in Psychoanalytic Studies.
