What is a Stone Massage and how can it help me?
Stone massage is a therapy that uses hot and cold stones. The therapist uses his hands to transfer the hot or cold from the stone to the client’s body. When the client is used to the temperature, the therapist use the stone to massage with. If the muscle needs more relaxing the therapist would leave a hot stone on the area for a deeper effect.
The application of warmed and cooled rocks, combined with manual massage, provides a deeply relaxing, therapeutic experience.
