Having qualified as a holistic masseuse and diet/nutrition therapist 15 years ago, Geeta was keen to combine these through the ancient science of Ayurveda, leading her to extended clinical training in India and qualifications as an Ayurvedic Practitioner, through a BSc in Complementary Health Sciences (Ayurveda), an MSc in Ayurvedic Medicine.
Geeta is registered with the Ayurvedic Practitioners Association (mAPA)
In additions to consultations and treatments, Geeta currently writes for various health and lifestyle publications, hosts healthcare workshops, cooking demo’s and corporate wellness seminars. She enriches the wellbeing of individuals by making health choices & lifestyle changes easy & palatable.
