Initial Ayurveda Consultation: 60-75 minutes – £75
Your first consultation will mainly be an exploratory and thorough appraisal of your medical history, lifestyle, diet and overall health. Traditional methods such as tongue and pulse diagnoses are combined with an analysis of your symptoms infer diagnoses of your imbalances and health. You will receive tailored specific advice on how your lifestyle and diet may be changed to best match your individual constitution. A significant part of the session is also dedicated to helping you reduce toxin build up, whilst improving your calmness and overall energy levels. A follow up email is sent afterwards, outlining our discussion together with further advice.
Follow-up Consultation – 45 minutes – £50
The follow up is suggested to clarify any issues or further questions that may have arisen, chart your progress and further develop your evolving lifestyle and diet plan. You may also receive advised on additional treatments / herbs to take depending on your constitution.
Ayurvedic Abhyanga – Relaxing Body Massage – 1 hour – £60
Relax and revitalise your mind and body with this holistic massage treatment with warm herbal oils (that are specifically tailored for you) to improve muscle tone, skin texture as well as blood and lymphatic circulation. This treatment looks to provide gentle detoxification to harmonise and wholly relax you.
Marma Abhyanga – Ayurvedic Energy Point Massage – 90 mins – £90
A rejuvenating holisitc massage that looks to release your blocked physical / emotional) energy and bring your body’s doshas (unique constitution) back to balance, using oil that is specifically mixed depending on your doshas. By focussing on your body’s Marma (vital energy) points with tailored massage methods, this treatment is effective both physically and energetically. The harmonisation and stimulation of your organs functions also enhances your general immunity.
Pristha Abhyanga – Back, Neck and Shoulders Massage – 30 or 45 minutes – £30 of £45
This treatment focusses on the relief of stress, back pain and tension throughout the neck and shoulders. The reinvigorating massage technique looks to enhance your muscular tone and blood/lymphatic circulation which can in turn stimulate the immune system. This treatment also works with Marma (energy channel), therefore bringing about a deep sense of calmness.
Hasta Abhyanga – Hand Massage – 30 minutes – £30
This relaxing Ayurvedic hand treatment looks to relieve tension that has built up in the hands (e.g. from keyboard work). There is also a focus on the Marma (energy channel) points to help refresh the entire body.
Udvartana Abhyanga – Weight Reducing Massage – 1 hour – £75
This thoroughly stimulating and re-energising massage treatment aims to aid weight reduction, sluggish circulation and areas of cellulite, through use of various dry herbal powder blends during the massage to invoke the release of toxins. The treatment ends with a warm shower to wash away these toxins.
Kati/Janu/Greeva Basti – Pain Relief Treatment – 45 minutes – £60
A specialised treatment, in which a dough ring is used to create a small well on the lower back/knee/neck. Warm medicated oil is applied in the dough ring and left for some time – this is method is used to treat lower back pain, sciatica, slipped disc and neurological diseases of lower back and lower limb, and is preceded by a localised Marma Massage.
Shiro Abhyanga – Indian Head Massage – 30 minutes – £30
A thorough head and neck massage, with specific strokes to stimulate and nourish your hair and hair follicles, whilst enhancing circulation and inducing deep relaxation. This treatments aids balances through the central nervous system and promoting mental clarity. Indian Head Massage is most commonly uses to treat headaches, migraines, premature hair greying, hair loss, alopecia, itchy dry scalp and insomnia.
Mukha Abhyanga – Ayurvedic Facial Massage – 1 hour – £60
A gentle facial massage treatment with warm oils to relax the muscles in the face. By enhancing the local facial circulation, the skin will naturally remain more moisturised and regenerate more effectively. This completely natural, non-invasive treatment is designed to make your face look like you have had cosmetic surgery, and as such you will see noticeably fewer facial lines and better definition / complexion with skin that feels revitalised, radiating and healthy.
